Need CME points for your regulatory college, base hospital, or certifying body? Please fill out the form below and after review a certificate of completion will be automatically emailed to you, usually within 24-48 hours. At this point they may request further information from you however we are currently working on "pre-approval" status with various Ontario Base Hospitals as well as the Alberta College of Paramedics. This page will be updated as those are processed. A Google account is not required to submit this form, only if you want to save where you left off and complete later.
